Common applications

EASY NPK 27™ fertiliser is primarily used to supply crops with a balance of nutrients for a good early start. It can be:

  • injected into the soil at sowing
  • sprayed directly on to the soil at sowing
  • applied in the seed row as a ‘pop-up’ at rates of 5 to 15 L/ha with up to 100 L/ha of water
  • applied at rates of up to 200 L/ha away from the seed
  • fertigated through irrigation systems
  • applied in foliar sprays.

Benefits

  • The nutrients in EASY NPK 27 have been chosen for maximum efficiency in crop. EASY NPK 27 contains 100% water soluble phosphorus, potassium, chelated zinc and ammonium nitrogen.
  • The zinc in EASY NPK 27 is present as EDTA chelated zinc, therefore it is not bound to the soil and is readily available to the plant.
  • Liquid fertilisers like EASY NPK 27 can distribute nutrients more evenly than solid fertilisers, particularly when low rates are used.
  • EASY NPK 27 can be metered precisely for variable rate applications. Pumps are used to transfer EASY NPK 27, so there’s no need for manual lifting, augers or forklifts.
  • There’s no dust or downtime in waiting for solid products to dissolve.
  • It can be stored in cost-effective heavy duty poly tanks.
  • It does not deteriorate in storage, and can be stored from year to year if required.
  • EASY NPK 27 can be blended with some EASY Liquids® fertilisers for alternative nutrient concentrations.
  • EASY NPK 27 offers flexibility in application. It can be injected into the soil, sprayed on to the soil, applied using boomsprays with dribble bars or streaming nozzles, and even foliar sprayed or fertigated if required.

Incitec Pivot Fertilisers delivers EASY NPK 27 in bulk on farm using 26 tonne Single tankers or 36 tonne B Double tankers. It can also be supplied in 1,000 litre containers (IBCs).
